“I called to get an inspection at about 4pm, mind you they close at 430. 2 days left in the month, the owner answered, says there were probably 5 cars ahead of me. I said ok, I'll come tomorrow, he said to come down and see where we're at. I live about 6 minutes from there, if that. I showed up, walked in, he said inspection? I said yes, he said have a seat. Probably waited about 20-25 minutes. 3 more people called while I was there, he told them to come on down as well! That's customer service!”

“Nice people, they have a nice Keno bar even if I didn't use it this visit. I was mainly there to grab an energy drink and go get crispelli's from the Food Truck outside but it's great to know they have more than gas and a convenience store.”

“Went to get a Massachusetts inspection, which they took care of right away. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because they don't have a waiting room.”

“It was a frigid day and I didn't feel like being outside pumping my gas. The gas attendant was all bundled up but still managed to be friendly. He filled my car and he gave me my change. I felt bad for him so I gave him a tip so he could get himself something hot to drink. I also used this station before for a new sticker for when I got my new car. I did not need an appointment, the took me right away and they were quick. I will use this station again.”

“Not much to say about a gas station. However I do have to say, that even though they are self service station, when I was having a hard time pumping my gas due to a broken thumb, the older man came out of the booth to do it for me.”

“Been having repairs to both of my cars done here for over a decade. Used to be skeptical going to most garages, definitely dealerships, being female and not always being able to figure out what the issue with the car was. Not at Methuen Shell! They have never tried to take advantage of me/my wallet, they have never recommended work that wasn't required, and they always explain what needs to be done and the different options available - both the minimum so as to not break the bank, and what they recommend to take care of the issue long term. They always call after looking into the issue with an estimate of cost and time to repair before doing the job. They have fair and competitive pricing. They are and have always been that friendly, reliable, and trustworthy neighborhood garage anyone hopes to find! Strongly recommend!”

“The owner has worked on my vehicles for over a decade a very trustworthy, old-school kind of business. I usually bring my vehicles to his Leominster, MA location. But this last job had to be done here. Well worth the 35 minute trip.”

“Excellent customer service in that store! Deplorable work environment! It was a was so hot in there… every single customer was upset that employees are forced to work in that extreme environment. It was 85 degrees in there, and employees have no access to the thermostat. Fix this corporate! Unacceptable!”

“I have been going to Abe for around 5 years and I won't let anyone else touch my car, not even for oil changes. I drive a 2011 and it can get pretty testy at times - he has always been fair, kind, and quick in solving whatever the problem I'm dealing with is. I still choose Abe's Auto even now that I have moved away from Methuen. He is a great guy and has a great team of mechanics. ?”

“When I don't want to drive to Salem, NH just for gas at Haffners (where it is sometimes close to $1 less per gallon), I go to the Sunoco. It's usually 30-40 cents cheaper. The few times I've gone inside, the people are always nice, friendly, and polite.”
181 Pelham St, Methuen MA 01844
“Good store, friendly staff. They've got most things you might need in a pinch and plenty of things you didn't know you needed. It's a big well lit store that has all the conveniences you could ever want. AAA+Oh, and they have the least expensive fuel in the area, gas and diesel.Services for tractor trailers out back. And they have a car wash.”

“This is my favorite place in METHUEN! I have been coming here for two years. The men do quality work at a reasonable price. Make sure you tell them how much you’re working with and they will work with you. It’s a family run business so you know everyone is well trained. I’ve gotten new tires, breaks, oil change, registration, AC fixed and never once was unsatisfied. Thank you guys!!! You have my future service :)”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
