“Had an issue with delivery of an instacart order place. Instacart wouldn't resolve the problem. Called the store directly and Brian delivered my order himself within 15 minutes after hanging up with him. Stop &Shop went above and beyond as far as I am concerned”

It feels like United Nations Marketplace getting food that's native to their countries and people are always happy at least most of the time. I go to Wegmans for specialty stuff I hate the impersonality in arrogance of Whole Foods I go to Market Basket for all of my Staples and pretty much everything that isn't specialty they've never let me down”

“I am a regular Market Basket customer at various locations. I do like them all for great value and customer service but recently I visited their Wilmington store and I was exceptionally pleased. As I said, I find all the MB employees at all the locations I've visited to be helpful and hardworking but the folks at Wilmington were exceptional. I was also pleased to get all the products I was looking for. I think I'm going to start using this store as my regular MB.”

There are also some great buys on no name brands that can sometimes be even better then the big label brands.”

“I live in a bit of a fishing gear desert so having a spot like this to stock up on gear has been amazing. Everyone there had always been really nice to me as well. They do seem a bit wary due to some potential thieves but based on how ive seen people (kids) act in the area im not surprised.”

“The store appears to be clean. Isles are arranged in a fashion where you can find the item that you're looking for. They also have a good sized cigarette counter. This is beneficial because they are one of the few, over the border, that sell them at very competitive price.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but i wanted to recognize mari at the customer service desk because she gave me such a positive experience. She was very kind, listened to what I needed help with, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She actually seemed to care about fixing my problem instead of just trying to get me out of the line, and I really appreciated that.
While I was waiting, I also noticed a new employee who seemed to be training. Another coworker sounded frustrated with her, but Mari was really patient and said something like, “It’s okay, you got it.” It was a small moment, but I thought it said a lot about her. She made the new employee feel more comfortable instead of embarrassed.
I hope Mari gets recognized for the way she treats both customers and the people she works with. Kind employees like her really make a difference.”
