“I needed a cashier's check for my first month's rent payment and Octavia was able to help me understand if I was eligible to get a cashier's check at the Members Plus because my original credit union is a part of the Co-op shared bank program and with my bank I would be able to get a cashier's check at their location.
I arrived at the location and Octavia was nice and ready to help me with the understanding what I needed to fill out and confirming with me multiple times the amount I needed was correct. This was my first time attaining a cashiers check and she was a real help throughout this process.”

Juan and Mark in the Needham, Mass office are excellent, helpful and deliver consistently excellent customer service. These are things that were lost over time with our former CU relationship.
