“I see all the negative reviews from people simply not wanting to wait. The company doesn't provide more workers. It is very hard to draw and process with one person and another person coming in late. This is a great place to drop specimens off at. They do their best with what they can.”
“Recently required a heart monitor. Was recommended my major boston hospital that first call was a family run business and was very trustworthy. After picking up the First Call . Sandra from their office called and said already used one in six month insurance covered monitor. I wanted to use them instead of I Rhythm. Which btw has a F rating with BBB . Sandra did all the rechecking and saved me money. Great company. Thank you Sandra and First Call Medical.”

“I got my blood drawn here and it was the best experience I’ve had. Super quick in and out since I had an appointment. All of the ladies were sweet, but I was super lucky to get Natasha! Usually it takes multiple attempts to get blood from me since I’m a tough stick, but Natasha sat me down and was successful in literally seconds! Didn’t even feel it! Will definitely be coming back for future blood draws.”

“The low ratings had me nervous, but I had a very pleasant experience. I was 15 minutes late, so my appointment was treated as a walk-in, but I was still seen quickly. The phlebotomist was very nice and accommodated my request for the reclining chair and asked for my preference on getting a countdown versus surprising me. They were skilled at the blood draw and did not blow my vein (as happened elsewhere the last two times I had that done) so it was as painless as it could be.”
