“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. “Been coming here for decades, service has gone down hill, I always get this one woman who is miserable and trash talking all of her co workers. I miss Kim and the tattooed guy. They were always working together and made it enjoyable. Went the extra mile and would chat and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and customers.”
“I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”

“Chelsea was late to the appointment and then said that I needed to reschedule because I was missing some information on the passport application. I was in the middle of getting this info on the phone and then she said couldn't wait because she was understaffed. I asked for a supervisor because she was rushing me after being late herself. At the end she disappeared in the back, the supervisor never came after being page twice. It looks bad on there part because they did not care to help which is way we should continue to fire these federal workers who don't want to work.”

“Every time I have gone in this location, the staff has been extraordinarily attentive and friendly, going above and beyond in addressing my questions.
Today the gentleman asked, “How has your day been so far?” When I responded with “Could be better.” He took the time to ask follow up questions and showed genuine concern, asking if there was a way he could help. Seeing my emotion when I responded, “No, but I genuinely appreciate you asking,” He expressed that he hoped that whatever I’m going through gets better and asked if I needed a hug. All the time, completing my shipping needs with efficiency.”
