The car was extremely well detailed but he and his associate Matt were diligent about providing a few more details for me. “I needed new tires for my personal vehicle and scheduled to have my Wife bring the car by. There was a mix up on my end about how long the tire replacement and rotation would take. My Wife was a little distraught because she had our 9 month old Son with her. Castle Tire quickly mobilized a couple of their employees to handle our job and had my Wife and Son back on the road in an hour. I've been going to Castle Tire for years now and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, the timely manner they complete this work in, as well as their pricing. “We’ve been taking our cars to Alewife Automotive for almost 10 years, and I’m consistently impressed with their service and kindness. We’ve had everything done from inspections to tires to repairs. They are transparent and fair, and they never tack on surprise charges. A perfect example of this was I had taken a new car to get inspected with plates to a shop closer to our home, and not only were they kind of rude to me, but they wanted to charge me $20 to put plates on. I called George at Alewife and he said to come on over, they’ll take care of it all no charge. And this is something I’m used to with them—no charges to change out a bulb, top off fluids, etc. As a woman I’ve found that the stereotype is usually true with many shops, trying to get me to buy something I don’t need or up-charge me for something I wasn’t prepared for. It’s worth the slightly longer drive to get here for their service, I don’t know why I ever try to go anywhere else!”

“John took my car in immediately and ran through some possibilities with me on the phone initially of causes for my steering vibration after I got new wheels.
After arriving in his shop John quickly took a look and diagnosed the problem. Nothing was sold to me and John found the issue was water in my tires. He didnt attempt to upsell me on any products for my car and simply told me to come back if the vibration returns.

“I had been shopping for a very specific make and model of a car. When I expressed interest in a car they had for sale, i was immediately contacted by one of their salesman with not only pictures but videos of the inside and outside. I drove three hours from Maine just to do business with yes auto. I had never bought a car by myself, and they pretty much held my hand every step of the way and went back-and-forth with my bank for me.
I did pay a tad more than other comparable vehicles were listed however, I do think that money was well spent. Yes auto did repairs on the car. And are even fixing cosmetic things that I asked for. They were upfront transparent, and they’ve definitely got a repeat Customer in the future from me”
