“Sandwiches here are incredible. Fresh deli meat and cheese. Unique gourmet sandwiches using Boar's Head meats. Excellent selection of drinks , chips and snacks . For the size of this small convenient store, they have managed to pack in a wide variety of grocery goods available during off hours when grocery stores are normally closed. Will you pay a little more? Sure but you can usually find something here to satisfy your cravings in between trips to the grocery store.
Service here is excellent. Even when I have shopped here during busy lunch hour rush times they have managed to help everyone quickly and get their customers on their way. Employee here are also very friendly. I used to come here for lunch nearly every day, when I worked right down the street. Since I'm not right close by any longer, I make a point to stop in at least a couple times of year to grab a few sandwiches.
My favorite sandwich at Wayland variety & deli is the Siberian train wreck on an onion roll. This sandwich is packed with pastram, corn beef and roast beef, If I remember correctly. Also with Mayo pickles and onions. This sandwich is definitely worth the drive!! You would think as long as it the Boar's head brand it would taste the same but I have tried this sandwich at other deli's and no the way Wayland deli makes it is so much better!!!”
“I order the Chick Magnet and Passionfruit Smoothie and it was AMAZING!!! I advise everyone to come and try the sandwiches and smoothies over here. Also, the staff working there are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely a 10/10 experience.”

They pile on the meat and you get to pick your toppings. “They have an amazing selection for a small convenience store: it's more like a gourmet store. I think they keep an inventory of items their food-savvy customers like to have. For me, Organic Stonyfield Yogurt, a good selection of fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. Plus a good selection of herbal teas, breads, crackers, etc. They also carry newspapers. I think the owners really know what they're doing. Basically, anything I need on short notice, they have. They are always busy with people buying homemade sandwiches. And they have a good selection of high-end ice cream and treats. The people working there, including the owner, are very pleasant.”

They're like frozen cheesecakes but much lighter and they come in different flavors and I absolutely fell in love with them.”

“Great store! Excellent customer service from manager Dennis who is always helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”

“I don’t write gas station reviews all that often but the hospitality I received at this gas station was over the top. I mean this: these are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I had got a flat tire on the pike, rolled in and got some air and asked the employees and a regular, this dude Joe who said he manages the Guitar Center in Natick, if they had advice as I was driving out to Springfield. They offered help with the water and soap trick, helped find the leak caused by a screw or nail, and were cool people to hang with while waiting for AAA and offered me a soda. A crappy situation but man it could have been way worse if the employees weren’t so nice.”
