“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”
“My experience was incredible. The sales was so helpful and Bill (the owner) was amazing. He called and worked with me directly to get all the appliances o need and wanted for my new home. I was even able to get the Aga stove was dying for! He called me consistently giving me updates all along the way. The moving company was amazing. The two brothers went about and beyond to get my appliances in my 1700’s house which took a lot of thinking outside the box. I can’t recommend Hancock enough!! Top of the line appliances you can’t find everywhere with top of the line service to go with it!!”

“Our appliance shopping started on August 3rd, on our way up to the lake in NH and we had a full car and both kids with us. I got to experience the sales cycle and how you treat customers as a family with two kids under 3 walking into the store. Rhoda, was super- SUPER nice to us all- but most importantly great with our kids!
Rhoda set us up with Fran. Who did a great job walking my wife through the packages/appliances and everything that she needed to know. As I was walking around the store with my son, and his lollipops (I probably owe you a bag of them haha), I was watching how all of your sales people were the same. Non-pressured, helpful and most important- they were all genuine about matching people with the right appliance.
We came back into the showroom on Tax Free Weekend to make the purchase after a long week of vacation (again with both kids) it was the same experience again. A true family run business... we met the owners & son, who were very hands on and helpful. Aside from the amazing pricing, your staff, from owner to sales, were always there making sure we were good and happy. Beth- you're the best! My wife LOVES you! And seeing our sons scribbled picture from the week before on the "ARTWORK" filing cabinet made him so happy.

“Dave and Linda stand behind their appliances. I had an issue with my dryer 8 months later and because they had a 1 year warrantee they sent me the part free right to my house which was 2 hours away. If I was local Dave would have replaced the part as well. Highly recommend buying your appliance from Dave and Linda.”

We chose the Vermont Castings Montpelier II - wood burning fireplace insert. Service and product were excellent. I went to two other places that treated me poorly. The flooring aisle had a large selection of 50 lb bags of mix as well as 1-5 gallon size tubs of prepared spread, all of which were too large for our small repair. We were ready to leave when Samalie, a flooring specialist approached us offering to help. She quickly brought us to a section with 1 quart prepared adhesive spread, perfect for our job. So if you are looking for something to put six chicks in for six weeks before transitioning them to outside, this bin is the perfect size!!! Drill holes in the lid for air flow, layer the bottom with cedar chips, fits a safe thermal plate heater/brooder, water and food supplier.”

“This is a great location that keeps up on inventory. The staff has been friendly and helpful aside from one floor manager who has given me a hard time for clearance items 2x now. After I already paid for the items he followed me to my car and tried to take them back! It felt weirdly personal, I’ve never had this happen and it was embarrassing. Talk about uncomfortable. He made me feel like I did something wrong. The store manager however was very nice and seems to put the customer first. He honored store policy and allowed me to buy items as they rang up at the register so I will raise to 4 stars. If I happen to encounter the floor manager again and he follows policy I’ll be sure to update to 5 stars because that’s my only complaint.”
“My wife and I were able to get in and out and get what we wanted fairly quick at this location. Customer service was very attentive and knew exactly where everything was. Only thing is that it was kinda small compared to the one closer to our residence. But great experience overall.”

“I am not a people person at all. However, an employee named Pam (working in garden) was so helpful when explaining about mouse traps. She talked to me about the traps that save the mice instead of killing them! I would have never known if it weren’t for her suggestion. I had no idea there were things to deter them instead of killing them. She was so personable and I appreciated our conversation. Will definitely be back.”
