“I’ve purchased multiple appliances from Dave with the most recent being a stove. Every experience, I walk out extremely happy despite making a large purchase. It’s because I know Dave is taking care of me. If he doesn’t have something in store, he’ll do research and help me find the right one. I’ve never felt rushed. I also appreciate his honesty if he thinks something is not the right fit.
When I bought my dishwasher and microwave, he connected me with Herb who did the install. Herb is great! We had a snag with my dishwasher and he went above and beyond. I was so impressed, I hired him to install and replace my water heater!
When I bought my stove Dave came to deliver and install the new one and remove my old one. He walked me through all of the controls, tested the stove and was very careful about getting the stoves in and out of my side door.
He also came with dog treats for my dogs!
This is why I won’t entertain any other store because this level of service is unbeatable!”

“Will came out to look at the washing machine that stopped working. Was quoted $85 for the service and plus parts. Will fixed the machine within 20 mins no parts needed. There was a blockage because of a small sock. Machine working again. But $225 was steep. Labor no parts needed $140 for 20 mins. Will is a good service guy and knows his stuff. But expect to pay top dollar. Overall I would recommend Harrison Refrigeration because Peter is always very helpful and they are local.”

Working with Nicole Verbeek at the KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England was one of the more positive experiences we had during the design and renovation of our home. Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. You'll be glad you did.”

There is a small sign indicating that loading and unloading is through the other door. I think it should be a little bigger, since you can see it when you enter the main street.”

We chose the Vermont Castings Montpelier II - wood burning fireplace insert. Service and product were excellent. I went to two other places that treated me poorly. So happy I found the Fireplace Store!”
“I just showed up 20 minutes before closing and returned a ridiculous amount of Christmas lights and electrical boxes. The guy working was so patient with me. I had so many receipts and he was more than accommodating.
Also in general this store has gotten a lot better over the last few years. They updated the layout in some sections and have been stocking better items.”

“This is an excellent odds and ends shop with a whole lot of everything. Shower curtains of every color, party supplies, Christian, Buddhist, & Hindu devotional statues, febreeze of every type, large assortment of window treatments, keychains, things you hang from your rear view mirror & auto flair, Dominican, Haitian & Puerto Rican items, perfume oils, homegoods & cooking supply, candles, Chinese-made items for the home, balloons, cleaning supply,... No food I noticed (some candy). Prices are not a dollar, and veer from good to slightly overpriced but a store of real discovery. Worth the trip!!!”

“ARWINDA IS THE BEST! She has such a kind soul. She saw my trying to get rid of my change at the self serve register and when I overloaded the machine she did everything in her power to fix the issue. When the next option was using the register, I did not want to make a Worker count coins so I decided to pay with regular dollars and arwinda Pushed the other Worker gently aside to let them know that she was going to count the change and even when I said no, I don’t wanna make you do that. She kept counting the change. She ended up counting $11 and change quarters nickel and dimes and not only did she take my payment in coins she exchanged four dollars of quarters that I had and Gave Me dollar bills instead she is truly remarkable.”

“I had an excellent experience at Home Depot in Avon today. I came in to purchase a RYOBI cultivator but had difficulty locating it. Daryl noticed I was searching and proactively offered assistance. When I mentioned I might order it online, he took the extra step to find the item in-store so I wouldn’t have to wait for delivery.
Ari also provided great support by retrieving the item from the top shelf. Both employees were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!”
