“The move itself went very smoothly. I did have some maintenance issues i found on Thursday but the staff where right on top of it Friday morning within hours of reporting. They were nothing short of amazing and the air conditioner needs to be replaced so they they setup a portable unit and saved the day in this heat!! Couldn't be happier with the service”

“We have been homeowners for almost 30 years now and when we moved to Waltham for a job opportunity, we decided to try living right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and public transit. The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.”

“I have been very pleased with living here thus far. The first thing I will mention that really sets this place apart is the staff. They are real standout gems, from the leasing office (Kaity, Ted, Brent, and Jordan) to the maintenance team (shoutout to Chris). Everyone’s level of professionalism is impressive and refreshing. They are so good at updating/communicating with residents via email about things in advance which is much appreciated. I feel they go out of their way to address any concerns and make residents feel comfortable living here to the best of their ability. It also feels like fellow residents are friendly and share a level of mutual respect.
The gym, outdoor grills, composting option, bike racks, whirlpool appliances, nearby walking/running trails, nearby alewife station, convenient parking, and package lockers are great.
Regarding previous comments, I want to mention that the fire alarms have decreased significantly (haven’t heard one in a few weeks now), which tells me that management is adequately addressing the underlying issue.
Overall, I think that Windsor is a lovely place to call home.”

“We live in Royal Belmont for more than 1,5 year. We are in love with our appartment and the place. Everything is so close to the building and not too much traffic. Moreover, I want to thank manager Chris Gillis, who was our remote coordinator and showed us the amenity online, when we were phisically in Kazakhstan. Chris is truly exceptional! He goes above and beyond for residents, always responding quickly, solving issues efficiently, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail make living here such a great experience. The Royal Belmont has very friendly and diverse community, so future residents please come here, you will love this place and people! Best, Dana”
“I've only been living here since Oct 2024, and I have yet found a reason not to want to be here or continue renting here. The staff, including maintenance, are very helpful and handle things in a timely fashion, sometimes faster than expected. I love it. Delivery services follow directions, packages are safely kept in a mail room that you have to have a code to get into, The Amenities are great, It's a few minutes away from the Wilmington Station Commuter Rail, it's walking distance from quite a few places, including a few banks.”

Key qualities that we have always been satisfied with include:
- The management and staff (David, Penny, and others) are so caring and responsive to our legitimate requests.
- The neighborhood and amenities are accessible.
- The maintenance team is VERY PROMPT in their responses!!!
- The community is so family-friendly, and our baby boy is always greeted with warmth by both the staff and residents.
- The concierge staff (Peter, Haile, Joe) are outstanding, providing attentive, respectful, and excellent service.
I would suggest that rent increases be made a bit more predictable.
Overall, I had a wonderful time living here.

“I lived in the Hamilton Place in Watertown for a year. The building is old and run-down, but they were renovating it as I was moving out. Bob from maintenance is awesome, and the other maintenance guys get the job done fast too. It’s a very spacious apartment. The only con is the laundry room, which can get busy when you have 4 washers and dryers for a huge building , which some don’t work at times. They need to renovate that next, and then the building is not bad at all, and Watertown is an awesome place to live!”

I had significant noise issues from upstairs neighbors, and both Clare and Andrew listened carefully, apologized, and worked quickly to resolve the situation. While the issue took longer to resolve due to circumstances outside their control, they worked hard and eventually solved the problem. I also want to highlight how accessible the leasing office is—they’re usually available in person and always return calls promptly, so I never felt like I was waiting to get in touch. Having lived in multiple managed buildings, I know how important it is for the leasing team to be cordial and responsive, regardless of the solution they can provide. Clare also took the time to communicate my concerns to higher management, which I truly appreciate.”
