“I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again. None of the issues were the fault of the bank.Jordan greets me with a huge smile and ALWAYS makes me feel like it’s okay. She corrects whatever I need done and supports me throughout. “I love going to luso Bank in Wilbraham it's right up the road. That's where I had my mortgage and I built a nice relationship with Terry there.
When anyone says that they're going to be buying a house or a car or whatever. Actually you got to go to a credit union. Go to luso's I've been going then for years. Their percentage rate is so much lower than a regular commercial Bank.
Very welcoming and friendly people there.”
