There is one loan officer that I work with and he specifically does an excellent job. Another plus is they optionally have a text message communication method & as a younger and busy individual I like that. They also have a very personal feel that I appreciate. “I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again.
