“I can honestly say I am proud to bank with Monson Savings. The team has made it really easy and manageable to deal with any of their services. Their online app is a great tool to stay up yo date with all your transactions. The process and security you go through to access your safety deposit box and privacy you get once you have possession of it is comforting. The lobby and interior itself has been freshly renovated and makes customer interaction better than the old process. As for COVID they have done a great job with safety precautions and recommends going through the drive threw for your needs if possible. Inside they have plenty of protective glass and six foot markings as well as someone to greet you at the door. Just be sure to have your ID with you.”

“I've been with Freedom a couple of years and they're always pleasant to deal with. Not a huge fan of the phone customer service who were not helpful during a series of unfortunate transactions resulting in over $100 in fees. I did go to the Northampton branch in person instead where the manager overheard me speaking with a teller to try and sort it out. She immediately waived all of the fees for me and I left very happy as I was not expecting that positive of an outcome! The people in the branch are friendly, flexible and helpful. Will definitely be back.”
