I called and talked with Justin, who talked through the best options for her. I raced to the store and he had the phone out for me when I arrived. Justin and Laz stayed past closing time making sure that I got all the credits possible, calling T-Mobile on my behalf, and getting the phone ready before they sent me on my way. They are kind and patient and made everything easy for me. Thank you both!!”

“We went to this store because of the rating it already had with past customers. We recently had changed our internet/tv service with Xfinity and had added cell service. We had been back to our original center five times, and the service/pricing was still not as promised. The last time we went, we were just flatly told, "We don't provide technical support here" That's when we went to the Bellingham store. Matt was our main man and fixed everything for us, including the correct monthly pricing amount. Karen came over and helped also. At one point even the manager, Tom, was involved offering his help. We were there for over an hour. We will never go to any other Xfinity store. They are the best!”
