“Everytime I've gone here the staff has always been super helpful, but on our last visit Jonathan was actually so knowledgeable and patient with what seemed to be the slighty strange situation I had. That guy goes above and beyond and is impressively good at his job, both on the troubleshooting front and on the sales front. He managed to fix the issues with my account(s) and find some deals on items I definitely didn't need but honestly am happy to have. Forreal thank you Jonathan you are the GOAT. All the other staff members were also very charismatic, kind, and attentive as well. You can tell they get along well and enjoy their job, and that made the visits there so much more enjoyable. As someone who does customer service and management - i hope the big boss gives this team their flowers because they seriously deserve the recognition.”

Not only did he solve my first issue, but I didn't even have to go to my new providers location for my second issue, he solved that too. Ruy (sp?), the store manager was fantastic!”

Then I went to the Verizon corporate store in Bellingham, Massachusetts's. At the store I met with the most wonderful employee ever named Andrei! ANDREI was not only quickly able to get my cellular telephones situated physically he additionally organized things in my account with Verizon and now my life is much easier. A consummate professional, wonderful employee and compliment to Verizon.”
