“I had a great experience with Albert's Auto Diagnostics. I brought my Ford Focus with a failing transmission, and Albert was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. He recommended the best course of action and gave me a fair estimate. He ordered the parts and once they were in, he completed the repair in one day, which was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the process and even sent me pictures of the progress. He was very professional, friendly, and honest. I'm very happy with the quality and speed of his service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs auto repairs.”
“Hi - I called to get an estimate for a Prius battery replacement. Being a hybrid this is a bigger $ issue. Paul answered and he asked about the age of the car and his experience driving a hybrid with about the same age and miles. He also gave me a price range for replacement and about using a reconditioned battery. I was so impressed bc it could have been a quick call but he told time to give me all the angles on a battery replacement. Truly was just interested in the best outcome for the Customer. “Comfortable waiting area but a little crowded when there are more than 8 in line, should bring back the free coffee when people are faced with a 50 min wait. But there is a soda machine think the free water is gone too.”
“I had a less than positive experience after my first encounter at Bob’s, and I had contemplated coming back to get my sticker on my car once the issue it was failed for had been fixed.I decided to go, seeing as at that point all they had to do was recognize I had fixed the issue.This time I was greeted by someone when I arrived. Then the current shop owner or manager, came over and introduced himself and identified me from my review. He apologized and established that they were sorry to hear I had a bad encounter at their shop.I can respect how they handled the situation and they put a sticker on my car very quickly. The only issue I have ever had with them( and, I know a weird one) is they would like to save you money.. sometimes I just want a noise to go away even if the part is fine from a safety standpoint.. that said, they will do that sort of work if you insist.”

Brought my truck to Vassar's and they had it fixed quickly and corrected an issue the other dealer made as well. These guys know what they are doing and are very fair. Take the time to travel to them if you can as they are outstanding.”

“Like many I'm sure, I was sent to Naps by Beth at the Vehicle Inspection Center. Completely free of charge they took off my old plates and reattached the new ones. Did I mention the screws were rusted and fused to the plate and plate holder? Front and back. “We were passing through Greenfield on a Sunday en route to Boston and stopped for lunch. Our battery was dead when we returned to our car. AAA jumpstarted the car and we drove to the local AutoZone, which was open on Sunday. We purchased a new battery, but the service tech wasn’t able to figure out how to remove the old battery. We consulted family members with local knowledge and they recommended Greenfield Auto Specialists. We left our car on their lot late in the day Sunday, stayed over nearby and called them when they opened at 8am Monday. We made our way there Monday morning, and they immediately replaced the battery and we were on our way in less than an hour. Incredibly nice and professional team. I recommend them highly.”

“I had two cars inspected here. The first by an older man went smoothly and I was out of there in 15 minutes. The 2nd one also went quickly but the young man who did the inspection had such bad body odor that my son and I had to drive home with the windows open on a cold day. Wouldn't hurt asking who will do the work if you go here but maybe this was a bad day for him...who knows.”
