“What a lovely place to stay.
The room was great and I loved that in the reception area (main area) that you could pay practically nothing to get a bag of “vintage” candies!! GOOD JOB to whomever thought up that idea.
We were there on business but wanted to explore and the staff was so gracious in giving great advice as to where and how we should to venture out. We took heir advice and the day went well!”
“I started staying here 20 yrs ago. I love the history, the beauty and the food. Their restaurants are fantastic. I love the old historic rooms. They upgraded them within the last couple decades (much to my dismay) but they are still wonderful. I always make sure to stay in the historical part of the inn but all of it is lovely. Walking distance to all the amazing museums, cemeteries, minuteman trail and restaurants. The staff are always lovely. I still get excited to come back and visit.”

“Outstanding two week stay. Christina and Dareleen literally make you feel like family. They are so kind and customer service oriented. Don't be fooled by the underwhelming lobby--the rooms are large and clean, and the beds are comfortable.
Heads up that the drive into and out of Boston during high traffic times can take almost 2 hours. We were in naïve thinking that it would take less; but that's on us. Great, safe place to stay with a lot of shopping in the surrounding area”
“Didn't stay at the inn. Met for dinner who were in town for a wedding. Nice building, updated yet traditional New England. Food was good, service was good. Would recommend to visitors.”
“Our first time visiting Woburn MA and was amazing. The service was fantastic, excellent employees in front desk very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good every morning and coffee or tea available all day and night.
The pool is clean and excellent size for kids and adults too. This hotel is near the train station to commuter station to Downtown Boston. Definitely will be back soon.”

“The management is god awful weve been calling for 3 weeks now trying to get a situation sorted out. A staff member yelled at my wife at the front desk she was very unprofessional and the manager Andrea Manny said she would give us a free night and 5000 points. 3 weeks ago this happened and we call everyday no one calls us back or helps out the management is awful a bunch of disrespectful people”

“I just did three nights at this hotel. I’ve also stayed there in the past. This is the upper echelon of the element hotels. Breakfast was made to order. Completely included in my stay the staff were all amazing I truly love staying at this hotel and in the area I can’t wait to be back. “Great service. Our room did not have functioning AC on a hot summer day with nighttime temps 80s in the room. Management comped us for the night and switch our rooms, which was much appreciated. Sucked and lost sleep on an important weekend but at least Management was amenable. So I would stay here again.”

“Had an issue w/the A/C thermostat being disconnected. So after late arrival near midnight, waking up around 3 AM hot was not ideal. Online chat confirmed maintenance would come first thing which they did and it was resolved before 8 AM.

“The lobby of this hotel's been completely redone and it is literally five star. There's a pool table, fireplace, saltwater pool and fitness center. Highly recommended if you like staying in the aloft style hotels. Nihil was great at the front desk and helped me with all my questions. Staff overall is very nice!”

“For the rating of the hotel it is and the rate you pay it is a great value hotel. There’s a nice water and lemon water fountain at the entrance. If you do have older folks ask the front to place you in a room near the elevator!”

“I been to a lot of hotels & for the price location & the room are really good. There clean they have fridge and microwave & pool with a gym. A lot of places don’t have these amenities. Breakfast for free is okay. They have Mc Donald’s right next to the hotel & 2 gas stations right next to it as well. Overall you get your money’s worth here.”

“Rooms are tight with 2 queen beds. Second bed barely had room to get the shade open or get into the bed. The air conditioner was blowing right on the person on that side of the bed. Maybe make sitting area smaller to be able to move the beds over. Our shower did not have conditioner. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area set up limits seating and also makes it hard to get your food. On checkout day, they did not have room for everyone and had to open the meeting room to seat people for breakfast.”
