“I just moved to Blackstone and this was the first place I went. All the employees are wicked nice. I appreciate the hello every time I walk in. I know all Cumbies do this but they're genuine when they say it every time! I lost my husband 30 days after we closed on our house. He was in the hospital 6 days after closing. We were staying at my MIL's while the house was being renovated and I was driving back and forth to Boston every day to see my husband at the hospital. With all that going on, I was barely holding it together but I'd stop here on my way home and every time no matter who was working they had a smile for me and friendly small talk that made me forget for 5 minutes. It sounds dumb but those 5 min helped me pull it together. For nine months I
barely got out of bed. I would drag myself here after 11 pm and same women same kindness. I can tell you I looked pretty rough, scary probably more like it lol. I can't imagine what they thought. Any way U just wanted to say its true that a smile costs nothing and can give so much. You never know what giving one to someone might mean to them. Thank you for helping thru the most difficult thing I've ever gone through.”

“Came in looking for a redbox the one down the road was powered off. There wasn't one but the young adult customer service associates were very helpful in directing me to several close by. I was looking for chocolate covered almonds for a snack there was non. I did not have any coupons or extra care bucks but the associate did look. Was a little pricey $15.00 for a gallon of spring water, symphony chocolate bar, small sweet chili doritos, and 4 pack box tissue with $4,50 in savings”
