“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS UPS STORE and the Great People there !! I’m there regularly for all kinds of reasons but usually doing Amazon Returns, Shipping or Printing. I can honestly say that regardless of the time of year (Busy Holidays Included!!) there is always an Extremely FRIENDLY, Calm and WELCOMING Atmosphere there.
It doesn’t matter what time of day you go or what you might need to get done, the Management and Staff will be able to handle it while being consistently very Helpful, Kind, Professional, Welcoming and Knowledgeable !! The Manager there is a Great Guy !!

“I had an excellent experience today thanks to Lynn and Andrew in the Marlborough store! They were incredibly helpful when I was picking up my online order. They helped me with adjusting the the sizes so that I could make it work on my project. I wasn't able to do that when I placed the order online. They were able to help everybody and they were so kind and efficient. I actually called the store while I was placing the order and they were super helpful, no weight to get them on the phone and there was a lot of people at the store at that time. “Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”

“this place is the best. my experience has all the makings for a ups store commercial. my family rented a house on nantucket for august and when we left the house we left four boxes on the front porch for ups to pick up after the labor day holiday. apparently the boxes weren't labeled properly so the ups driver wouldn't take the boxes - and there was no way for me to get new labels on the boxes as i was already off-island. oh - and there was a hurricane bearing down on nantucket - the wind and rain from which would have surely destroyed our boxes sitting outside. but the ups store in nantucket saved the day. the owner of the store (literally!) got in his car and drove over to our rental house to pick up our boxes and bring them back to his store to keep them safe until the UPS driver could pick them up on monday. this place is everything that you want your local UPS store to be - while never expecting them to actually be THIS GOOD.”
“Love the passport service appointment option. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It's also the only post office near me that opens earlier at 8am making it possible to stop in for mail services before work.”

“Unlike the Ayer Post Office, I find this Post Office easy to access. I have never had trouble with customer service. If no one is at the counter, ring the bell and they will be there very shortly.”
“Never had an issue here. Sometimes you have to wait, but no longer than usual. I try to go at the least busy times. My interactions with staff have always been pleasant.”
“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”

and I’ve never had any problems. The staff that has assisted me have all been courteous and patient. I really appreciate that this post office is open until 2pm on Saturdays because others close earlier at 12pm. Sometimes there’s a line, but it generally moves quickly.”
