“They did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. Oh and the woman at the front desk is super nice, very friendly. Great experience overall.”

“I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.”

I called around unsuccessfully for a jump, Forest Hills Auto Service was very nice and helpful and told me that they don't usually do that, but would be available to help me. I ended up getting a jump for a passerby and didn't need further service after all, but I will def remember how helpful and accommodating they were when I was stressed out and I will come for future service.”

“Brought my 2007 Forester in after someone knicked the front end and 'decapitated' the entire front panel and bumper. Peter diagnosed the problem on the spot as a couple of broken clips and reattached the whole thing on the spot. I really appreciate his integrity (looked like one serious problem) and 'can do' to get me back on the road. Needless to say, heartily recommend.”

“i looked around in all different places for my car to be repaired because of all the exterior damages everyplace i went too charged a arm and a leg i started to loose hope and was thinking about selling my car and getting a new one but i made my last stop here at columbus autobody shop and met a guy named fuji he was very kind and helpful and was willing to do the job on my budget considering how hard it has been to find a great paying job during this covid outbreak ! i can tell that he genuinely wanted to help me out in this situation i had clear coating missing off the side view mirrors on my car and front hood along with rust at the top of my car getting worst with each following week many dents and paint chippin off my back bumper and my front bumper was a mess it was split down the middle other places told me that i had to get an entirely new front bumper but fuji repaired the original bumper with no problems whats so ever and made my car look brand new literally AMAZING WORK !!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!”
