“Wonderful experience. Kaitlyn in the office was great to work with and communicated exceptionally well. She was 100 times more helpfyl than my lame insurance company Travelers. Body work was done well and on time. Thank you”

“Quality work that came in under the estimate (and they do free estimates), and a quicker turn around time than originally discussed. Also very nice to deal with. Super glad they are in the neighborhood.”

“A HUGE thank you to Julio and the team. I got in a rear-end collision last month and took my car here to get the bumper repainted/repaired. I wasn’t super happy with the initial paint match, so I talked to Julio and he went above and beyond to make it right. The car looks great now, and their team was fantastic to work with. Thanks again, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.”

“My car was t-boned on a main road. Fortunately no one hurt. Mapfre, the insurance company of the person who hit my car, recommended Fred M. Susan Auto Body in Somerville. I got my car back in half the time I expected and that whole side of the car looks brand new. Alejandra and the team of workers were amazing. Truly craftsmen and the paint is a perfect match. It’s rare today when people are honest and care very deeply in the quality of their work. I really appreciate this and am grateful that Mapfre recommended this. Made a difficult time as easy as possible.”

“Gustavo and his team did a fantastic job on my C300 Mercedes-Benz. The service was super quick even though we needed to do repairs on the bumper, drivers side door, and the lettering on the back. Extremely happy with how my car looks now and they were nice enough to store it for an additional 2 days while I was traveling without any extra charge!”

“Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems. Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem. So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”

“I walked out of an auto zone due to poor customer service, came to this autozone instead and Anayanci crushed it. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and she installed a new battery and wipers in no time.”

“Five stars because I found the windshield wiper blade I needed on my own! But holy moly - the gentleman with dreads and glasses working when I came in at 6:30 pm on August 3rd - so rude! Accidentally walked by the wipers and he barked that I had “walked right past them” when I was in the door for 10 seconds. Not sure what’s going on there. I work in customer service, so I don’t leave bad reviews on principle but I hope you get the help you need my friend, personally and with how to engage customers. 🙏 😭 😂”

“I've known Kashif since 2011. Met him when I went to lease a vehicle for the very first time at Infiniti of Boston. He made the process so easy. We ended up leasing two more vehicles as the terms came up. I saw a CPO vehicle at Herb Chambers MB of Boston and texted Kashif to check on availability. He responded quickly and confirmed it. We went to see him and the vehicle. Again, he made the process so easy and stress free. He treats us like family. Thanks Kashif!”

“We always have the most amazing experience with Hillside auto. The owner and his team are so knowledgeable. They communicate what needs to be done and also help navigate what can possibly wait. They make sure before they release your vehicle that it’s running properly. They go above and beyond to ensure the best possible results! Lastly, they can be trusted that is immeasurable!”
