“They turned what could have been an absolutely miserable experience into an easy and hassle free one! After my car was damaged by someone driving into me, I was super frustrated. However Fred M Susan were able to see me right away and worked with the other persons insurance (Mapfre) so everything got handled. They were clear and helpful responding to questions quickly and offering updates throughout the week. In particular Alejandra who was my main contact was incredibly kind and helpful. She even ended up coming in on her day off so I could get my car on a weekend since I was coming from out of state. Cannot speak highly enough of this business.”

“Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”

“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait.
