“This place is the best. I took my car here for a quote after the back bumper got hit. Most places quoted me $1000-$2500 to fix it. They said they would do it for $600. Picked my car up 4 days later and they had completely detailed and cleaned the inside of my car too! Very nice owner and workers here.”

“The guys at Hynes Collision Center are great to work with, super communicative even when very busy, their shop's work is excellent, and they made things easy with the return of my rental vehicle - I dropped it off with them. I had my car repaired after someone rear-ended me, and Joe was very helpful and accommodating when travel plans required that I pick up my car on a tight schedule, early in the morning. My car is as good as new and I'm very happy with Hynes and Joe's great service, and fully recommend using them.”

“If your car is in an accident, I recommend taking it straight to Olympic. They were highly recommend to me by a neighbor, and I can see why. Our car was towed to them and they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to book me a rental car through my insurance, provided insight into the insurance process for the appraisal, and continued to keep us updated throughout. I really appreciate the extra mile that Irene & the team at Olympic went to help us and we’ll definitely be back for any future car repair needs.”

“I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed. Jamal Bridges is an outstanding technician, a very kind caring employee who should be recognized. I’m very grateful that he answered my call.”

“Everybody has an opinion about getting your vehicle serviced at a dealership (cue stealership memes), but I've found Watertown to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the places I've tried. This is true enough that I make the hike from Wakefield to come here even though there are several other places closer. They are good about doing the requested service without coming back and trying to pad the bill with a thousand other 'recommended' things. I'm hoping my Tacoma lasts a long time - so I feel better having folks work on it that really know this vehicle. To that point, this dealership went above and beyond getting me qualified for, and completing the work on, the frame recall for my previous Tacoma.”

“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Definitely check them out. Thank you, Travis!”

“Ben and Cam worked with me for a few weeks getting a slightly custom setup. Bike rack, hitch, and platform on the roof. It wasn’t straightforward, and yet these guys did the research to make sure it was all gonna work. Then did a fantastic job on the install and I got a sweet deal. Go see them and outfit your adventure!!”
