“I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed.

“Everybody has an opinion about getting your vehicle serviced at a dealership (cue stealership memes), but I've found Watertown to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the places I've tried. This is true enough that I make the hike from Wakefield to come here even though there are several other places closer. They are good about doing the requested service without coming back and trying to pad the bill with a thousand other 'recommended' things. I'm hoping my Tacoma lasts a long time - so I feel better having folks work on it that really know this vehicle.
