I experienced why this place has a low rating. The customer service was a joke, why are you speaking to me as if I work for the bank and know all the procedures before hand. The aura, the body language, the tone just screamed I don’t want to help you!

This store shows clear favoritism and poor customer service. I didn’t feel treated fairly at all. I don’t recommend this place — very disappointing experience.

Some of the rudest employees. They are constantly changing their hours so often times when I go early, they are close. And they are closed on Saturdays. Why is the only Bank of America in the hood closed on Saturdays?
