Having to wait to get into a store that is nearly empty is crazy to me, especially when there aren't any "available appointments" online, but only a "15-20 minute" wait. It's extra frustrating because the staff isn't usually all that friendly or helpful.

Always good service. Not a fan of the wait but I will say it's worth it given all of the employees and service is top tier.
