I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff from the initial consultation, to designing the suit, to the many fittings that make everything just right. Jeff is the ultimate professional, going out of his way to ensure the final products are exactly as I had imagined with the perfect fit. He listens and cares, and that makes all the difference in the quality of the experience. I enjoyed creating a truly bespoke suit with my own design using the wide selection of the best fabrics from Italy and statement accessories sourced by 9tailors. His team is always so polite, responsive and helpful. I love my suit and look forward to wearing it on many occasions. The experience and end products were worth every penny. Thanks Jeff! They feature well-curated articles ranging from techwear to romantic gothic styles - perfect for anyone who likes it a shade darker. Shopping here is a joy both in person and on the website. The staff are so friendly and attentive and respond quickly to online inquiries. Go in and admire the beauty of it all!

“The store is small compared to their other stores, but the staff is always friendly and the store is always neat. Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.”

I love that the fragrance brands at shake the tree change at least annually so I always find new ones that I hadn't seen before. The store buyer has excellent taste. “I had an amazing experience shopping at Wacoal! Eryn was sooo helpful, I hadn’t been sized or bought a real bra in years (had mostly been wearing bralettes and sports bras) and being able to try on a bunch of bras that actually fit was amazing. If you’ve only ever been “sized” at Victoria’s Secret definitely go to Wacoal, you’ll actually get your real size and get bras that fit!”
