Been overcharged for years. I go in to return some unneeded merchandise and change my plan and they barely do so and send me home with a defective device so that nothing works! Thieves!

Great Service. The customer service rep. that I dealt with was Deneisha D. She was great extremely helpful. She really took her time to resolve my billing issue.

Answered all my questions about my new cable box and remote. Gave me a new Cable Guide and instruction booklet. Deneisha was especially helpful. Best Comcast Service Center anywhere!
