CVS is a small convenient store that offers friendly staff and great pharmacy manager. People find the staff helpful and go out of their way. No long waits and quick to add cashiers if lines build up. The store has limited stock items because of its size, but it is a great convenient little store. It has no self-checkout great.
That one star review is definitely for a different cvs because 1) this CVS location has great people 2) there aren’t any self checkout stations at this cvs so you definitely have it confused

I’ve had terrific customer service here with all my prescriptions. They’ve taken on most of the customers from 400 Tremont St. which closed, too. So far, so good
