“We brought Uttam in to build a support ticketing system in HubSpot Service Hub for our septic and aerobic wastewater service business. Requests were coming in from four directions : Website, ServiceTitan forms, phone calls, and messages and none of them landed anywhere our team could see together. He asked how our operations actually run before proposing a structure. That's what made the build go in cleanly instead of needing rework halfway through. What we scoped as a defined project turned into more work, because once the first piece worked we kept handing him more. He treated every addition the same way: understand it, then build it. Updates were regular and specific. When we asked for adjustments, they came back fast. Delivered on the agreed timeline and it's run without issues since handover. Our support team now works one queue and sees every incoming ticket. He's our first call for HubSpot work going forward.”

“I posted on my local town page looking for recommendations of where I can get a graphic rendering made for my horse trailer than I am converting into a mobile bar. I had an absolutely lovely experience working with Imagix Studio. They created a realistic version that way exceeded my expectations. I then later reached out asking for a more hand drawn version without the beer taps and was equally as blown away. I sent Imagix Studio the photo of my unfinished trailer and described in detail exactly what the trailer will look like when finished I will post photos in the comments. Amazing to work with, I highly recommend!”
