The gentleman managing the store could have easily sold me the bolt cutters, but instead helped me problem solve and ended up cutting down the key so I was able to successfully unlock the padlock. He was incredibly helpful and generous- I am very grateful!”

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. whether it's finding the right screw size or giving advice on a DIY project. The store is well organized, clean, and surprisingly well-stocked for its size. Prices are fair, and they often have quality brands you can trust.
I especially appreciate how patient the team is with questions. They never make you feel rushed, even when the store's busy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
