The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is a decent airport hotel that offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, running every 20 minutes around the clock. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, although some guests found them to be a bit smaller than expected. The hotel's restaurant provides a range of dining options, including a tasty lobster-based breakfast and a lobster roll that was described as having a lot of butter. The staff is reported to be courteous and attentive, particularly at the front desk when arranging transportation. While the hotel's decor is described as a bit plain and outdated, the rooms offer impressive city views that guests have enjoyed. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor provides a solid airport hotel experience, with good facilities and amenities for travelers.
Having a Harborview room is worth $30 upgrade. Not convenient to taking the metro because you have to wait for the shuttle. Expect lots of walking if you are going to Boston very friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent. Love the refrigerator in the room
