After looking it up on the computer, the pharmacists determined that it was going to cost me me 900.00 for just two doses. Trying to save me money, she called the doctor for a new perscription for a generic drug that was a perfect substitute. The new medication was covered by my insurance while the original was not. Of course, I was overjoyed with her extraordinary effort and thought she had gone beyond the call of duty.”

“I actually stopped going here around 2014 because of less than savory customer service. One day I needed something specific from the pharmacy and called this store they were the only one that had it. So in my fit of rage of needing to drive 20 some odd minutes to get this ridiculous prescription I was infuriated, this nice lady came up to me when I arrived and said let me know if I can assist with anything she said she was the manager. To my surprise it wasn't the lady from a few years back it was a new girl very nice so helpful couldn't believe I was actually getting assistance from the manager herself. Needless to say I've returned as a customer and couldn't be happier I've gotten to know the manager Julie and I love seeing her smiling face every time I go into this store it seems like the new manager finally got everyone into shape and got everyone to finally start acting the way a customer service representative should be acting. Love love love this store now and the new employees!”

“Pleasant informed all age staff willing to help in all ways Pharmacist George and other staff resourceful about prescriptions -when I signed up on line for The other CVS to pick up a med he simply sad I ll fill it and cancel the other one I had not thought of that possibility Don't get me started on the photo kiosk!! They are especially helpful there A few staff have helped and they are each patient smart and efficient This is a wildly busy place older people --non Eng speakers --moms w strollers All treated well Usually a few registers open and they do open more quickly as needed It is an amazing place!! It's in my neighborhood so frequent visits are my way of knowing this Bravo CVS!!”
