Their shipping costs are outrageous. Several items our team looked at ($15 price point) were at a shipping cost of $28 each. Not worth it. Much better promotional items out there.

I was trying to rush an order and was very clear about that, and he completely ghosted me. Never again with such poor responsiveness/service.
