Spent 2 hrs for special instructions 2 days before delivery. Im disabled and the driver totally ignored them!! Can't get them, had to call a friend from another town. So aggravated! I did everything they told me to do.

Had me pay tariffs to them proceeded to lose my package and send me on a while goose chase for over a week😂

Driver blocked a driveway, I used my horn, but he had headphones on? Wasn't sure if that's ok to drive with headphones?
