Went there to grab a router as a new customer, having my deal done through the phone. Jason was really helpful and patient even when the store was busy

I stopped by the store to return some equipment after xfinity sent us a newer model. Jalen, the store manager, was quick to help and when I explained the service troubles we had been facing, he even gave us a credit on our account.
