“I just wrapped up my first bike purchase ever with Grisha at AlphaCars Boxborough, MA location and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle. My first point of contact was Derek, who made time for me to come in, test ride the bike I was interested in and wasn’t pushy at all. Once I had settled on the bike I wanted, I came back in and had a conversation with Grisha, who was extremely helpful and informative. He answered every single question I had, gave me ample time with the bike and also gave me the opportunity to get a bit more comfortable with it before riding it off the lot, which was much appreciated. One of the MVPs of this experience for me was Olga, who went out of her way to help me get a better loan rate and was incredibly helpful with the entire paperwork process. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about providing a quality buying experience, AlphaCars is your best bet. They’re a family-owned shop that also does repairs and provides storage for your vehicle if needed. If you’re thinking about a bike, stop by and have a conversation with one of these awesome employees, you will not regret it!”

“If you have any wheels that you care about, this is by far the best shop arguably in the entire state. I have only been here for wheel/tire installs but David is extremely careful and meticulous. Never a nick on the wheels after he is done. Top notch stuff.”

“Hey, A shout to CBK Towing. Thank you. I broke down towing my boat. Couldn't get the tire off the trailer, and couldn't get the spare tire of the mount of the trailer. The owner and the tow truck driver came out in the rain in the mud and changed the tire. They were awesome 2 nice guys.”
