Once I had settled on the bike I wanted, I came back in and had a conversation with Grisha, who was extremely helpful and informative. He answered every single question I had, gave me ample time with the bike and also gave me the opportunity to get a bit more comfortable with it before riding it off the lot, which was much appreciated.

One of the MVPs of this experience for me was Olga, who went out of her way to help me get a better loan rate and was incredibly helpful with the entire paperwork process.

“Service department is very professional and trustworthy. However be mindful about the price. I got charged almost 50% more on the final invoice than the original quote for the exact work. Quoted for ~$250 to cover everything including labor and parts. Walked out with an invoice for $240 labor alone plus everything else as additional. Responded to the original email with written quote for clarification. No response from the SA or the owner.”
