“Hosted a baby shower 1/5/25. Everything was perfect. Excellent communication and attention to detail from the Event Planner. Food was great and service was excellent. Our guests were very complimentary of everything. (We booked the atrium space.)”

“I attend a conference here every year and it’s always well run efficient and clean. The bathrooms are large and well maintained. The food is always fresh and delicious. They usually have a sandwich, selection and slaw. This is the first time they ever ran out of slaw, I think word is getting out about how good it is. I’ll get in line to try to get”

“The off-site hotel is NOT connected & carts were broke. That is the Only negative thing we have to say about this Ahhhhh_Mazing little Inn.We were greeted by the friendliest front desk human in many Inn switches.Even with a wedding that we were not part of, our service and interactions were always met with happy eyes and friendly voices no matter who was attending the desk.Nearby activities: Concord, where Jo Marche changed my life.Boston, what's not there? Not needed, if its nawt.I'm sure there are a ton of amazing activities that we missed.Noteworthy details: Most staff members went above and beyond for us. Even a weird random mishap was met with so many apologies, we felt this important and out of so many hotels character these days we hope it never changes.Jenene (I hope I spelled your name correctly) Thank you for being an incredible human. “Courtyard is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Marlborough. The location is excellent with convenient access to I-495, I-290 & I-90. Not only is it an easy drive to downtown Boston, it is also very easy to get to Worcester, Providence and Manchester from this location.However, this isn't just a hotel in a favorable location. Their staff is amazing. Jenn and Hailey at the front desk always greet me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. I feel like I am staying with friends. This hotel is always clean and the grounds are well maintained. I sense the staff here genuinely cares about their guest and strives to make my stay here the best.The only downside here is temporary, as this hotel is currently being renovated which should be completed soon. But, there is an upside to this as well...last time I stayed in a brand new room! The furniture was new, the shower was new, the bed was new, the air conditioner was new, the sink was new and the room even smelled "new". My last stay was a really nice experience as I enjoyed all the "new" very much.I highly recommend the Courtyard Marlborough for both a short term or a long term home away from home.Rooms: Brand new guestrooms!Fully renovated with tasteful/functional furnishings.Walk-in showers.”

“When I tell you that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I say this with pride. Genuinely incredible staff, very attentive and helpful, the person who worked the night of our check in date was super friendly and courteous, sadly forgot to get her name but she was awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've had in a standard hotel, full on scrambled eggs with bacon/sausage, little triangle potato things, pancakes, bagels, cereal, this is what breakfast should be like in every place. They had a gorgeous pool, which sadly we couldn't use due to just not having our swimming attire/it being the middle of October, but it looked clean as anything. Our room had a balcony area, was extremely clean, chargers above the bed, a heat lamp in the bathroom, which my girlfriend, now fiancé since I proposed during my time in this area, absolutely loved. Oh yeah, plus my girlfriend and I got engaged here, I was super nervous, but they made us feel like we were at home. This is a fantastic hotel, old school sure, but none the less, if we end up taking another trip to Salem, this will be our hotel of choice. No questions asked. Sure its about an hour away, but I'd rather drive a bit and stay at a place I know will be a fantastic stay. I say this with over 4 years of hospitality under my belt, amazing hotel.”
