Apple South Shore is a busy store offering top of the line electronics, devices, and laptop repair. Customers report that the entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, patient, courteous, and go above and beyond. They are very helpful in troubleshooting issues, setting up new phones, transferring data, and explaining processes. While the store is often busy, leading to potential wait times, and some services may require an out of pocket cost, customers consistently describe having an amazing and great experience. Many note it was worth it and one of the best experiences they’ve ever had at an Apple store.
Laptop repair. The store has to of the line electronics and devices. This store is always busy. So we had to wait almost an hour before see a representative. We had to pay some out of pocket, but it was worth it.

Ed, Malak, Noel, V, Emraan, and the entire staff at the store went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue with my new phone. After several hours of back and forth with Verizon we were able to get my phone up and activated!

I had an amazing experience trading in my iphone 14 pro for an Iphone 16 Plus. I spoke to Emily at the Apple store in South Shore Mall and she was so nice, courteous and patient.
