“Ali at the South Shore Apple Store couldn’t have been more helpful. I was on the fence about whether to buy Samsung or Apple. After speaking with Ali, I felt confident and excited to buy with Apple. It’s because of workers like Ali that I can rate my experience here 5 stars. His customer service & expertise were top-notch.”

“Awesome service, owner is very genuine and super kind. I was building my gaming pc and burned my CPU. He was able to figure out what the issue was and all I had to do was to bring my parts in and he put it all together. Pricing was like half the price of other shops.”

“JCM Electronics came to pick up my TV as a favor. This is greatly appreciated as I am handicapped and could not lift the TV and I did not have anyone to help me. This is something only a top notch company would do! If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would! Thank you JCM Electronics!!”

“I had the unfortunate experience of dropping my I phone in hot tub. It was working but screen was flashing and barely visible. I brought my new I phone to this store and had 2 wonderful people help me with the impossible. Couldn’t remember my password for I cloud to transfer data. Lots of trial and error. After 2trips to the store, and given a final and only Hail Mary Pass, I was sent home with written instructions, step by step that might restore password with my at home WiFi. It worked! I will tell everyone the level of professionalism and great care I received. Count me in as a raving fan, Apple Store Hingham”

“With approximately 5 minutes to closing, the staff was kind enough to let me in to shop. After spending time searching for a particular item, an employee was still willing to assist me with finding the product and a few other items. Thanks for not just saying that the store was closed and dismissing me.”

“Stella at the Back Bay store is one of the coolest people I have ever interacted with. I am not going to get specific on the details, but sometimes when you need customer service, it's more than just a consumer interaction. Sometimes you have hit multiple walls in multiple areas of life and you just need one thing to go right. And then someone in customer service shows you real compassion and takes an obstacle away with kindness and joy. That's Stella (and whomever assisted her in making our day a littler brighter.) Thank you.”
