“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”

“Will came out to look at the washing machine that stopped working. Was quoted $85 for the service and plus parts. Will fixed the machine within 20 mins no parts needed. There was a blockage because of a small sock. Machine working again. But $225 was steep. Labor no parts needed $140 for 20 mins. Will is a good service guy and knows his stuff. But expect to pay top dollar. Overall I would recommend Harrison Refrigeration because Peter is always very helpful and they are local.”

There is a small sign indicating that loading and unloading is through the other door. I think it should be a little bigger, since you can see it when you enter the main street.”

They are very knowledgeable about appliances and I was able to get exactly what I needed..they also provide a delivery service, which worked out great for me. She talked to me about the traps that save the mice instead of killing them! I would have never known if it weren’t for her suggestion. I had no idea there were things to deter them instead of killing them. She was so personable and I appreciated our conversation. Will definitely be back.”

“My husband and I were shopping for tile adhesives, looking for a small container. The flooring aisle had a large selection of 50 lb bags of mix as well as 1-5 gallon size tubs of prepared spread, all of which were too large for our small repair. We were ready to leave when Samalie, a flooring specialist approached us offering to help. She quickly brought us to a section with 1 quart prepared adhesive spread, perfect for our job. Samalie was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable- Thank You!”
