“Update 08/2024, brought my son's car here to have the brakes done. Wayne called and gave me his honest opinion of what needed to be done. He ordered the parts, got the job done and even arranged to have the car inspected elsewhere. Top notice service at a great price! I will always go to Wayne because there are no extra charges or items that need to be fixed, only what is in real need of repair.
2017 - My car broke down in Boston and I live in Braintree so I called Wayne on a Saturday at 1 p.m. to ask if he could take a look. I had my car towed to Baintree Auto Works and within minutes Wayne knew what was wrong and he gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair. He offered to drive me to my house even though I live on the other side of town and he was headed home nowhere near where I live. What mechanic has ever offered that, let me think None! He told me he would get to my car on Monday and would call me when it was done. Wayne called me at 11:30 to let me know that my car was ready. He came in over budget but kept the price that was promised. My car is a 2005 with 163,000 miles so Wayne has won a new customer and I am telling everyone about his great service and prompt response when I was really in a jam. I did some research on my cars issue and Wayne not only gave me a great price but he tended to some other things without my asking him. Great service and a great price, that is very hard to find these days. Thank you to Wayne and his crew to getting me back on the road so quickly.”

My family was enroute to a family vacation on Cape Cod when our 2016 Wrangler with 275,000 miles decided to begin its death on Rt 93. “I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.”

“I was driving my f150. It broke down outside braintree auto. I ran out of gas. I also checked my oil because the oil light came on.it was bine dry. They had just closed for the night. One of the workers, a nice Brazilian man. Without me even asking, went to the gas station and bought me gas, then drove me back to gas station so I could get oil. Thank God the engine was not seized and thank God for the nice Brazilian worker. Now that is great service for a business. Not to mention there are plenty of great people in the world God bless”
