“Huge thank you to Amanda and Bella!
After 10 years working in construction, my wardrobe had basically become sweats and work clothes. I came in needing help getting ready to step back into the sales world, and they spent almost two hours helping me build interview outfits that made me feel confident and professional.
It was actually Amanda’s first day of training, right after being buried in the blizzard for days, and you never would have known it. She and Bella were patient, encouraging, and truly went above and beyond.
I wore the outfits they helped me pick out to five interviews — and I was offered every single job.
They didn’t just help me shop, they helped me walk into those interviews feeling confident and ready to succeed. Amanda and Bella represent exactly the kind of customer service that makes people loyal to a brand.”

“My client picked out 3 large area rugs and the associates had them rolled and wrapped very quickly and loaded them into the truck before I could finish payment. I appreciated the help because it was extremely cold outside.”

“I’m a real customer with no conflict of interest that would bias this review. I try to pay attention to policies and be a rules follower so I typically do not have issues as a customer. However recently for the first time, I had an issue. I am grateful to this store for the excellent customer service that they provided me. They treated me kindly and were professional to talk to. I only discovered the existence of Five Below a few months ago so prior to this store saving the day for me and showing empathy for my unexpected issue which I unfortunately had to learn some harsh lessons about, I still had not explored all that Five Below offers. The store quickly resolving the issue made me want to shop Five Below more so I began exploring and came to discover that Five Below has the most adorable and useful trendy merchandise around and there is something for everyone of all ages!

Thanks to the Braintree store, I’ve been able to connect more with Five Below as a customer and I’m very excited to keep exploring Five Below further!”

“There is a worker name Thaddeus I did not get his last name. But, this young man is amazing. I was coming into the store and noticed he was walking out with an elderly man. I didn't give it a second thought I'm thinking he's out running errands with his dad or grandfather. No he was helping him to his car. It amazed me that he cared enough to make sure this elderly customer made it safely to his car.”

“I wish Sears never closed in Asheville nc, that's where the majority of my tools came from. I was a construction worker, this is where I shopped for tools, sad they shut their doors. Please help bring them back into a booming business.”

“This store is mainly well organized with staff tidying all around. Shore section is kind of outdated. Overall it has good merchandise and accessories with price below retailing stores. I will definitely come back.”

“5 stars for not locking products behind glass that require employee assistance to unlock. Employees that have better things to do and don't get paid enough to open doors and cabinets for every customer. Hope this trend never reaches this target.”
