PJ made a great first impression right away over the phone when I first called to get some info. Because of that, when I realized there are two stores very close by to one another and the other location was actually eveb closer to us, my husband and I still made a point to visit his pacific store that he was in, choosing to even go further. “Last time we went to a mattress firm, we had dealt with a pushy salesman. To be expected, but he kept pushing towards models that were out of our price range, so our expectations were not the greatest. However, when we visited this location, Hunter was awesome. He listened to us, showing us mattresses that would meet our needs and also accommodate our budget. He was able to give customer feedback and advice on certain models when we ask questions. The best part was we were originally looking at memory foam, but when trying it out and that underwhelmed our expectations, Hunter was able to point us in the direction of another type of mattress that suited our needs better. Hunter changed our minds and we ordered our new mattress and box spring directly from him. If you're looking for a solid representative, visits the Braintree location and look for him, you will not be disappointed.”

Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. The most i like about him that he did not press me to buy, answered all my questions, helped with my particular situation and so on. Definitely will recommend this particular store and Nelson!”

We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right.
Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike.
From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say.
This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”

Rodney, Bobby, and Joez made what could've very easily been an overwhelming experience not only accessible, but fun. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they were there to help me not to upsell. As a first time couch shopper, but also young adult I was full of questions (some of them probably obvious to most) and all the guys met me exactly where I was at. I also appreciated them presenting me with questions I had not yet considered. Truly, I commend them for handling my chaotic energy but really providing top-tier customer service.
