Oil Change in Watertown, MA

“Best place for all of your Automotive needs. Marco, Nixon, and the Watertown Team at VIP Tires & Service did an Outstanding Job Installing Tires, performing a Wheel Alignment, replacing brakes, and an oil change on my GMC Sierra 2500 pick up. Thank you Guys!!!”

“I came to Pleasant Car Care for a second opinion after being quoted for a very involved repair at the Mercedes dealership in Westwood. Someone recommended Pleasant Car Care to me, and I’m so glad they did. The repair I actually needed was much less extensive—and thousands of dollars less—than what Mercedes told me I had to have done.

I don’t know much about cars, so finding a place with integrity that I can genuinely trust is incredibly valuable to me. Watertown isn’t exactly convenient to where I live, but knowing I can bring my car there and work with honest, trustworthy people makes the drive completely worth it.

I’m so grateful for the recommendation and will absolutely be going back!”

“When you have an older car and do not know much about cars, going to a car service center can feel a lot like going to the dentist. You know something may be wrong, you know it may affect your safety, but you do not always know what is urgent, what can wait, how much it should cost, or whether you should approve a recommended service.

Because of that, I usually feel very stressed and anxious when I have to take my car in. Express Tire & Auto Service was different. I brought my car in because I was concerned about my brakes and some overall issues while driving. They performed a very thorough inspection and sent me photos and videos of what they found, along with clear explanations and an online estimate where I could review each item and decide what to approve.

That system was incredibly helpful. At many places, I receive information verbally and can only understand part of what is being explained, so I end up feeling pressured to approve things because I am worried about safety. Here, I had enough time and information to make an informed decision. I really appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and kindness of the team.

They were friendly, patient, and reliable from start to finish. I feel very lucky to have found this place, and I feel much more comfortable and confident driving my car now. I would highly recommend Express Tire & Auto Service, especially to anyone with an older car or anyone who wants clear and detailed explanations before making repair decisions. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that meant a lot to me. 😊”

“I got an oil change on my break from work. They did me a favor by servicing before others that were waiting. I had to be back to work on time. That’s why they get 4 stars from me. The technician stained the carpet with his greasy boots though. I didn’t want to be a jerk and make that the focus of this review. They should be wearing booties when entering vehicles. I keep my car clean so it was definitely irritating seeing that stain. A dirty person might not care.”
