Very friendly and helpful staff…. Called other stores to put a hold on a dress and when the other store didn’t actually have that size they offered a discount for my trouble. Much appreciated especially since the manager in the other store in Natick was curt and borderline rude to me and to her staff…

The incredibly courteous and helpful staff create a very welcoming atmosphere at this Francesca's location. I always enjoy dropping in to say hello and asking the staff for suggestions and recommendations for my girlfriend. Top notch service! 5/5
