“So far beyond exceptional customer service that the phrase doesn’t come close. They restored my faith in humanity. I know how that sounds. I’m saying it anyway.
I’ve been coming to this store for years and they have always over-delivered. Every single time. But there’s one recent visit I can’t stop telling people about. Torrential rain, and I had something that absolutely had to go out that day by air because many people were counting on it. I’d already been to two other places that told me they couldn’t do it. I got here barely at the wire, and that’s when I realized I’d left a key part of the package behind at the last place. Everybody works against the same deadlines. The difference here is that they held things up, insisted I could go back and get it and they would solve still getting it out by air that eve.
The two people working, one of them the owner, could see how important it was to me and how desperate I was, and what they did was epic. Nothing I would ever have asked for. Honestly, nothing I would have imagined would or could be offered.
I’m not saying this so anyone walks in expecting the same thing, because that wouldn’t be fair to them. I’m saying it because it’s just one more example of how they treat people - indicative of how they’ve always treated me and other customers, and clearer than ever: How they as individuals treat everyone. It went so far past anything the job asks for, and they didn’t know me from anybody. They did it out of pure kindness. That’s just who they are.
And it wasn’t only the two of them. It affected other workers and likely cost something too. I’m grateful to every one of them and it’s clear the owner has done a phenomenal job hiring the same exceptional people.
Again, No relation, nobody’s paying me. They took such good care of me as always. That kindness gave me hope and comfort, and it honestly made me well up on the ride home. Especially in times like these, it meant more to me than I can say. Thank you, all of you.”

“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

A few weeks ago I went in with a package that was too big to fit in any existing boxes and the woman behind the desk helped me create a box that fit my package. I also use them frequently for printing things. I've used them baby/bridal shower items and signage for my wedding as well as work events and always had a great experience.”

“It is so refreshing when you go into a store, and you experience, exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel like the people behind the counter are in a good mood, genuinely happy to have customers and just being down to earth and cool. The three guys who work at the store are just super cool! I was only in there for a few minutes, but I had such a fun experience chatting with them. It’s so refreshing because sometimes nowadays you walk into a store and the person behind the counter doesn’t even make eye contact with you, doesn’t say anything when you say hello and doesn’t smile and does not engage with you. I don’t understand that. But thankfully, there are stores like this! Rock on guys. I’ll always come back!”
