I don't usually write reviews, but couldn't help writing this one. There's no warmth at all from the staff at this branch. I felt like I'd done a crime by dropping by. The best you can expect is disinterest. Really disheartening.

Over an hour wait after talking to the agent. Why are they renting cars of they don't have them!
