Great experience with Budget Car Rental in Harvard Square thanks to Basal. Everything was quick and smooth, and he was very professional. I arrived early and he was able to get me a vehicle ahead of schedule, which was incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using Budget again for my business car rentals.

good and bad, return was easy, getting the car involved an hour long line and them not having the car i reserved for me because it was parked in, would not go back :(
