“phlebotomist was lovely - super quick, painless, i told her i was a fainter and she kept me distracted during the blood draw (and was so warm and kind also!!). they’re also really transparent about what your insurance will cover and what you could potentially be on the hook to pay.the low reviews (i’m not sure any quest is going to have good reviews given the nature of what they do lol) made me anxious, but the whole experience was great. you know, considering what it is ?”

“Quick, painless experience. I arrived a few minutes late to a scheduled appointment, checked in, and was seen less than five minutes later. The technician was friendly and helpful. I am a sissy when it comes to needles but she stuck me very well with minimal discomfort and got through the myriad samples my provider requested very quickly. Overall I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Location is convenient: if you park in the lot in the eastern side of the building and enter the side door at the top of the stairs the lab is just inside the door. The waiting room is small but there are 5-6 seats and the place is tidy and clean.”

“I had a great experience this morning at Quest Diagnostics in Quincy. The experienced staff there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and helpful, especially around the technical check-in and scheduling aspects. That Lab is obviously busy, but having that level of experience in the Nursing Staff is key, especially with the general public, which is not the easiest to deal with. Thank you again for the nice Customer experience! Anywho, Happy Holidays!”

“I have now been to this location twice and had a good experience both times. The employees were friendly, the office is clean, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. If you follow the signs it is very easy to find. Some reviews mention that there is no where to park or it is valet parking only, this is not true. There is a large garage across the street and it is free if you are parked for less than 1 hour or $5 if you're there over an hour.”

“Hands down the best MRI process I’ve ever had I get claustrophobic and have crawled out of MRI machines this place is truly special they even play music in your headphones while you get an MRI and have open machines so you don’t feel like a sardine thanks guys”

“I have had multiple blood draws recently at the hospital outpatient lab. Every time, without fail, I have had a clean stick, no bruising and successful draws. Staff are polite and courteous. Sometimes short staffed or busy on the floors upstairs, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.”

“The staff here was very kind to me when my sample drop off was messed up due to an oversight by my Dr. Pro tip: if you're dropping off a sample, use the "medical professional" log in on the tablet. Otherwise the waits for walk ins are long. They would probably be mad though if you used for a blood draw/urine sample. I would also recommend masking...small waiting room with bad ventilation. One star off for wait times and having to bend the rules to get a sensible drop-off wait time, plus having to pay $5/hr for parking.”

“Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!”
