“By far the best post office I've used. We spoke with Esther in-person about our missing package and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping us troubleshoot - explaining how usps works, all the possible failure points, who to contact in the event of each and how, etc. - in addition to personally checking in the back of the post office itself several times in case the package were there. They're also the only post office that I've been able to speak to on the phone (the only one that consistently answers) and they were kind and helpful then as well.”

“I’m a local and I’ve always enjoyed this post office. The people who work here are kind and efficient. I’d note that many of the shortcomings mentioned in other reviews are the result of funding cuts to the USPS. They do a great job with what they have.”

“I stopped by the post office around 1:50pm and luckily the post office was empty. I had a very pleasant experience with Fred who usually mans the passport desk but can also take care of other transactions. He was helpful, informative, and engaging.
I have also been there when there is a line and two employees working what seems at a glacial pace but when I finally make it to the counter, my experience has been fine and usually takes under 5 mins.”

“The Staples Studio is comfortable, convenient, clean, and well laid-out with offices, quiet spaces and collaborative spaces. The amenities are excellent. The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”
