“The Staples Studio is comfortable, convenient, clean, and well laid-out with offices, quiet spaces and collaborative spaces. The amenities are excellent. The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”

“It's June 23,2023 and the store closed suddenly during the working hours. next time when you close for an urgent reason please be clear in the notice you hang on the door. please let us know when exactly you will open the store. if we have to pickup or packages from another location please explain to us how. don't push us to call amazon customer services who don't know anything about the store. thank you.”

“I’m there often. I visit with my pup. Most of the folks are friendly, and overworked. I smile and try to be as efficient and friendly as possible - streamlining is key.Sometimes they also have water and/or a treat for my pooch. A little kindness goes a long way. Cheers.”

“I wanted to print something for my wedding on vellum paper so I bought some laser printer-friendly vellum paper and brought it here. The staff very kindly helped me print my file on my vellum paper. I really appreciated it since nowhere offers vellum as a paper option for printing and I don’t have my own printer.”

She helped me figure out the best ways to mail two different packages, and she was so sweet to everyone else who came into the post office while I was there. There were employees at every corner that actually stopped to ask if you needed assistance verses passing you by - and actually knew the answers! “Love this location and go all the time! Manager is incredibly nice and can be very funny. The store is open 7 days a week with later hours than any other shipping option in the neighborhood. They're always there when you need them and are super efficient. I've shown up mins before closing multiple times without worry. I never had to wait more than a min or two for help either in any circumstance, which is incredible convenience compared to the post office up the street.I'm only looking the store up on Google to check the Sunday hours before I head over again to drop something off. Yes, that's right, they even have Sunday hours! I thought this would be a an easy 4+ star location and am shocked to see what others in the community have written. These people who are leaving negative reviews could use more experience shipping things to understand how well operated this location really is. Shipping supplies have not been free at UPS or USPS in years, if ever, and would be exploited if not charged for. It's no UPS's job to pack your Amazon returns for you with free supplies.Thanks for all the service over the years! It's always a pleasure to drop things off here”

“I got exceptional service here today. Everyone was being helped so nicely. My clerk was super. He really made sure that I felt assured. Solopreneurs and writers such as myself rely on FedEx and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers. We need wild and weird things done. Our specs for parcels can be weird. Sometimes, I have something ready early, so I send it slow.Today, I was aiming for 3 to 5 business days, and they were able to deliver to my ideal day and time. Wow. Had I only asked! It was great to have someone make sure we got things right multiple times, and there was nothing but patience and professionalism.Then he was on a quest for perfection!At the end, we learned I had cheat notes I could have shared to make things easier. I forgot in my disarray. The clerk was still so cool, and even thought it was funny. He painstakingly took every atom of the address label seriously and really cared. There was zero resentment. What a nice way to approach life!It was a unique and rare experience, and I'm glad I had it!Thank you!”

“Walked at 7:59 and was immediately helped by an employee who called out “window” and opened his till for me. Was out by 8:02. After previously waiting 20 minutes in a one person line at the Mt. Auburn to mail a package and over to this location, I was very irritated but the counter staff made me feel better. Excellent service.”

“I just wanted to share my positive experience at this post office since there are so many negative ones. I had a great experience with my passport today, with the woman who is often working the passport line. She was patient with my questions and very kind. My advice is to really try to get an earlier passport appt. time and do not think it will actually be done in 15 minutes. The staff here didn't decide to have passport appointments shown as 15-minute slots online when it can easily take longer than causing a day-long backup on appointments. I also have experienced the very long wait times when trying to ship from here, but the staff here didn't decide to be an understaffed post office. Can the staff be curt and frustrated in their tone? Yes, they can, and that I don't make excuses for, but I do have empathy for how frustrating it can be to have folks complaining/asking questions about the wait time when that in itself just adds to the delay. It can be hard to schedule, but going in the mornings is a better strategy.”
