Had a great experience! I brought in my watch for a battery replacement, forgot about it for an exorbitant amount of time, and they were super nice when I went back to pick it up. The watch was fixed and is working great! Would definitely come back.

Pleasant experience. Went to resize watches. She resized the watch as expected. She even stayed much later after hours to ensure we got the watches because we told her we were traveling the following morning.
