Downstairs at the pick-up lot, the attendants there were professional, efficient, and kind. The BMW 325i was clean, and fresh, and was a fantastic car to drive to Harvard, then around Cape Cod. All of the gadgets were a great perk. Returning the car was a breeze. The return attendant was clear, concise and professional. All around a great experience. I will be renting from Sixt everytime it is an option.”

“I have booked services through this company three times now for my employer in the span of a year, and they are always wonderful. I usually deal with Lori, who is great and always super accommodating. This past trip, however, the only thing I will say is the driver had the wrong passenger name on his sign at the air port, and when I called to just confirm that the company was aware of the flight delay, the customer service woman laughed at me for not realizing that they already knew this. I know they have the flight number but I just wanted to avoid any confusion and make sure we are on the same page, and didn't realize I'd be laughed at for basic communication, so that threw me off a bit. Aside from that, like always they are great and I will continue to book with them in the future.”
