Michal was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. He made sure I fully understood the rental terms, access procedures, and payment options before moving forward. His thoughtful and professional approach gave me complete confidence in my decision.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and excellent organization. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything in top shape.

“Thomas was just incredibly helpful and friendly. He knew everything about dropping in another state, storage, & assisted with my lack of technology big time. I would not have been able to even drive it off the lot, as the UHaul text explaining photos needed was too much for me to get. There was a lot to my move in general that was challenging...I would definitely rent from Thomas at Quincy Ave again as he made the truck rental piece as easy as could possibly be. “Amazing experience, Manager Nick and Manger Brian Flanagan (sorry for spelling if wrong) as well as the entire Woburn staff gave us white glove treatment!!! We truly felt like their only customers in the middle of holiday season too! They are extremely genuine, personable and creative/problem solvers. Enterprise didn’t give us a corporate feel, but rather a family vibe, even our 2 year old was all smiles and the office had her belly laughing and smiling with comfort and joy. We would highly recommend Enterprise no matter the location because clearly they have amazing leadership that starts from the top and trickles down to their entire staff! Grateful for deciding to go with Enterprise and look forward to seeing their staff again for any of our families needs, big or small!”

“The associates at this location were the best I’ve experienced. After my rental, I went into the store for more boxes. I heard one client, who was on the phone, ask if the lines were recorded because he wanted whomever was listening to know the associate deserved a raise. I concur.
It was 19 degrees and after doing all of the self check out in the frigid cold, the truck I was assigned wouldn’t start. Completely frustrating. Fortunately, the associate had just arrived that morning. She turned what was beginning to be terrible experience, into a good one. She made sure I had a clean, working truck, which I so appreciated.
They all work as if they are the owners. You can’t ask for more than that.”

“The people at the location were helpful and good at their job. The U-Haul app is a nightmare. The truck itself was falling apart. The brakes were clearly on their way out. The only saving grace to the experience were the two gentlemen who took care of me when the app failed repeatedly to check me out and check me in.”

“Justin and his team are always extremely helpful and provide amazing service. I go to muffler mart for all of my U-haul rentals, oil changes, tires, inspection and pretty much anything my car needs! Always incredible and i've referred friends and neighbors and all say the same !
Things that may be helpful after reading some other reviews and from personal experience!
- Check closing times, if you book a U-haul for self pickup after they close they won't be able to add things like Dollies etc.
- If you do self pickup and keys aren't there .. most likely the person before you dropped it in the return box and not in the lockbox
- I have had internet issues trying to pick up a self pickup up u-haul, I called u-haul and they were able to help me out.
- Pick up around the time you noted for self pickup or you'll have a hard time changing it when you actually pick up or the van/truck can be rented by someone else ( ?, that was my fault!)”
