I found what I needed, but the customer service was disappointing. I’m the only customer and the staff didn’t offer assistance as I tried to carry several boxes out, and it felt like they didn’t care to notice. A friendly gesture or bit of help goes a long way—customer service shouldn’t end at checkout.

First day picking up the truck went smoothly. The staff member who helped us was efficient, professional, and made the process easy. The next day when we went back to drop off, the guy and lady at the desk showed no urgency to assist, and came across as rude and condescending.
